Join us August 11 – 12 for the 2026 Texas Suicide Prevention Symposium.

We will be in person at the New Braunfels Convention Center! A virtual option is available for those who cannot make it in person.

Welcome to the Texas Suicide Prevention Symposium 2026, a hybrid event offering in person and virtual learning, dedicated to advancing suicide prevention efforts across Texas and beyond. We’re honored to bring together leading experts and inspiring speakers from across the country—each ready to share their insights, research, and tools to help save lives and strengthen communities.
This event is proudly hosted by the Texas Suicide Prevention Council, a diverse network of over 140 partners, including local coalitions, military and Veteran organizations, higher education institutions, and community leaders. A special thank-you goes to the Council’s Executive Committee, who served as the #TxSP26 Planning Committee and worked tirelessly to bring this event to life.
We’d also like to express our deep appreciation to our sponsors for their generous support. Be sure to visit our Exhibitor Page to connect with organizations offering resources, services, and innovative solutions for suicide prevention.
Interested in earning Continuing Education Units (CEUs)? Check out our FAQ section to learn more about eligibility and how to claim your credits.
Don’t forget to follow the live conversation on social media! Follow the hashtag #TxSP26 and tag @StopTxSuicides on Twitter to join the discussion, share insights, and connect with fellow attendees.
Thank you for joining us. Your participation helps strengthen our statewide commitment to preventing suicide and promoting mental wellness for all.
